The Inauguration of President Kevin C. Weinman

The Marist College community celebrated the inauguration of Dr. Kevin C. Weinman as Marist College’s fifth president with a series of events on campus September 22 & 23, 2022. The ceremony featured an address from President Weinman, the formal installation, which includes the presentation of the symbols of office, additional guest speakers, an academic procession including Marist faculty and delegates from colleges and universities across the country.

Welcome from President Kevin C. Weinman

Marist College is a very special place whose upward trajectory over the past several decades is matched by only a small number of colleges and universities in the nation. Our academic programs, our finances, and our campus have never been in better shape. There is a sense of dynamism and optimism about the future that is palpable. While the College is not immune from the challenges that face American higher education, Marist is a real success story thanks to the commitment and hard work of its faculty and staff.

Kevin Weinman,
President
