Thank you for your interest in visiting Marist University! During these dynamic events, you’ll hear from Admission staff, faculty, and current students, participate in engaging breakout sessions, visit student fairs, and experience our beautiful riverfront campus through guided tours. With multiple dates available, you can find the best time to join us and get a true feel for what life as a Red Fox is all about!

 

Below is an outline of what you can expect during one of Marist’s Admitted Student Days.

 A formal schedule with detailed session topics and locations will be shared with registrants as the event approaches.

9 a.m. - 10 a.m.

- Check-in & Hospitality 
- Student Resources Fair 

10 a.m.- 10:45 a.m.

Welcome and Student & Alumni Speaker Address

11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Academic presentations from each academic school and breakout discussions with faculty and students from each department 

1:15 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.

Breakout sessions on topics including: The First Year Experience; Internships, Career Services & Post-Graduate Opportunities; Study Abroad Opportunities; Student Life Panels; and more

Clubs & Activities fair, with representatives from many of our 80+ student clubs, organizations, and athletic programs. 

3:30 p.m. - 5 p.m.

First Year Abroad Programs Reception*

*If you have been admitted into the First Year Abroad (FYA) Program, please be sure to register for the reception that coincides with your Admitted Student Day reservation:

Campus tours will also be available throughout the day.

Please note: If you are interested in scheduling an audition for the Music Scholarship during one of the Admitted Student Days, please call the music department at 845-575-3242.

For admitted students who would like to visit campus and were unable to make our on-campus Admitted Student Days, we are offering smaller admitted student information sessions so you have the chance to get your final questions about Marist answered!
