Marist welcomes the opportunity to assist our faculty, staff, and students host events on campus and expand opportunities for neighboring partners to bring events to campus. Our goal is to provide your group a unique event experience through the use of our modern facilities, state-of-the-art technology, and pristine riverfront backdrop. While our facilities are used for academic, student, and athletics events within the community, when spaces are available, Marist is excited to partner with sponsored organizations that align with our mission and values when facilities are available.

What We Do

  • Plan and execute signature institutional events including, but not limited to: conferences, commencement, convocation, the community breakfast, family weekend, and homecoming and reunion weekend
  • Coordinate scheduling and resources for campus events with students, faculty, and staff
  • Manage external use of facilities for mission-aligned organizations
  • Oversee use of facilities for summer programming
  • Assist in planning and executing of internal events and conferences

Looking to host your event at Marist? Please complete the event request form. At least 45 days prior notice is required for outside groups to use Marist facilities.
