Review Your Enrolled Adult Student Checklist
Take Your Next Steps
Now that you have submitted your enrollment deposit, you are officially part of the Marist Family. Congratulations! Now, you can start to get into all the exciting details to get you started with your college life at Marist. Please use the Enrolled Adult Student Checklist below to help guide you through the process.
CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
You will need to create your personalized Marist account and email address. Marist’s Information Technology helps create these and has previously emailed you your credentials. Click here to activate your account! Once your account has been activated, you will have access to your Marist email, the myMarist portal, https://admit.marist.edu/, and the virtual admitted student experience. Be sure to access these accounts as they will be helpful during your Marist Experience.
The New FAFSA: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Marist's Student Financial Services hosted a virtual information session to provide an overview of the new FAFSA, including the changes and timeline.
COMPLETE HEALTH FORMS
Please submit all mandatory health forms. These forms should be completed and submitted as soon as possible after enrollment. Students will not be allowed to register for classes or move into campus housing until all health forms have been received.
ENROLL IN DUO SECURITY
Marist utilizes Duo Security's multi-factor authentication to ensure the protection of your information when accessing secure Marist destinations online. In order to access any of your private Marist accounts, like myMarist and iLearn, you will need to first enroll in Duo to access those accounts securely.
VISIT CAMPUS
We are offering a number of events for our adult students! Join us on-campus or virtually to learn more about next steps in the process!
ORDER YOUR TEXTBOOKS
The Marist Bookstore can help to coordinate the ordering and delivery of all your textbook needs. Using the link below, just enter the CRN number for each of your classes to see what books are required, and then you can order them directly from the store!
BROWSE LAPTOPS
Marist offers students a choice of preferred PC and MAC laptops on the Marist Campus. The ThinkPad University Program has a selection of "Marist-ready" laptops you can order. We are currently selecting the latest models and configurations for incoming students.
SET UP YOUR ID CARD & MARIST MONEY
The Marist Card Services Office will provide each incoming student with a Marist identification card. This ONE-CARD (College ID card) will incorporate the following features: College ID card, Dining Services (meal plan and thrifty cash), Library card, and a Marist Money account.
SEE YOUR BILLS STATEMENT
The Office of Student Financial Services will provide an itemized statement of charges for the semester. Information concerning this and Marist's tuition refund policy are available on the Student Financial Services website.
REGISTER YOUR CAR
The Office of Safety and Security is responsible for the implementation of the parking and vehicle registration policy and the enforcement of its provisions. All parking on campus is by permit only.
Commuter students can register their vehicles online and/or by stopping in the Office of Safety and Security, located in Donnelly Hall room 201.
REQUEST COLLEGE CREDIT
If you are seeking credit for college coursework completed elsewhere, you must arrange to have official college transcripts sent to the Office of Undergraduate Admission. Your school's registrar can assist you in making these arrangements.
REQUEST FOR AP OR IB CREDIT
Students seeking credit for Advanced Placement (AP) examinations must request that the College Entrance Examination Board send official scores to the Office of the Registrar at Marist.
