Official student contact information is maintained by the Marist Registrar. Access to this information is restricted to individuals with myMarist credentials and will only be available once these credentials are entered. 

Change of Student & Alumni Directory Information

Marist students are responsible for maintaining correct directory information with the College. Directory information can be updated by submitting the Change of Directory Information Form to the Registrar’s Office using the following means:

  • In person at the Registrar’s Office in Donnelly 203

Legal proof is required for all changes with the exception of chosen name and pronouns. Please submit copies of appropriate documentation with the Change of Directory Information Form. Appropriate documentation is:

Name Change:

  • SSN Card *
  • Driver’s License
  • Court or legal documents:  marriage license, divorce decree, court order

Date of Birth Change:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Driver’s License

Social Security Number Change:

  • SSN Card *

 

* Email is not a secure method of transmitting sensitive personal information. We do not recommend including social security numbers or copies of SSN cards via email.  Please choose another method of submitting this information.

 

Non U.S. citizens who do not have a social security number (i.e.: visiting international students), must submit a copy of their Passport.
