Creative Team

The Creative Team oversees the overall theming and creative direction for the show. Their job is to lay out the parameters for the other teams and make sure our theming and branding are consistent across all work. They are responsible for the SNR docuseries, promotional videos, and the virtual show. The creative team consistently comes up with innovative ideas to present our themes in new and never-before-seen ways. They design and oversee the layout for the runway, as well as create the visual aids, audio, and graphics that you’ll see on the day of the show.

Communications Team

The Communications Team is the link between Silver Needle Runway and the public. They oversee VIP guests and seating arrangements on the day of the show. The team produces SNR’s social media content and posts it across all platforms. They are also responsible for the SNR blog, podcast, and op-eds. The communications team ensures that our message reaches the entire Marist community as well as the outside world.

Branding Team

The Branding Team is responsible for promoting the show and ensuring consistent branding across all teams. They produce the Lookbook, are in charge of merchandise, and design the front of house. The Branding Team plans and executes promotional events, as well as collaborating with ambassadors to ensure they’re properly representing SNR as a brand.

Production Team

The production team works closely with designers to match their looks to suitable models and ensure their vision comes to life on the runway. They recruit artists, models, hair stylists, and other creatives for the day of the show. The production team handles all things models and designer garments to ensure everything is perfect on the runway.

Logistics Team

The Logistics Team serves as the bridge between SNR and the various outside services we utilize on the day of the show. They handle the show's budget, facilitate front-of-house needs, and oversee volunteers. The logistics team handles the behind-the-scenes preparation necessary to make the show happen.
