Foy Townhouses

The Foy Townhouses are located across from the Dyson Center and were built in 1982. They accommodate 216 sophomore students in three buildings overlooking the Hudson River. Each of the three buildings is divided into seven three-story townhouses with living, dining, and lounging areas, as well as terraces overlooking the Hudson. Each town house has space for 10-13 students.

Residents in this living arrangement have a shared laundry room for all three blocks of houses between Upper New Townhouses H and I blocks. Each block has an RA, and the entire community has one RD in charge.
