A robust curriculum...

Marist students receive a balanced educational experience with a combination of a foundation in the liberal arts, fundamental theory in their major, and practical experience in their future field, and the Human Resource Management concentration is no exception. Along with core and major coursework, you’ll also take courses in:

  • Compensation Administration: learn the basic concepts of compensation including motivation, job analysis, and wage theory analysis
  • Labor Relations: A study of global labor movements with emphasis on organizing employees, negotiating, and administering labor contracts
  • Employment and Development: Engage in career planning and development as well as individual and organizational training
